[moos] (“mohs”), a Dutch producer/VJ duo, mixes electro & techno with distorted visual samples in real time. The sound: danceable electro with a Detroit and Berlin flavor; a digital wash of vocoded noise and analogue bleeps; the love-child of Tiefschwarz, Plaid and Underground Resistance. The look: organic visual stimuli that tickle the lizard brain till it turns flips.

[moos]’s distinct beats and tech treats earned the attention of Dutch radio station 3voor12 that gave [moos] their first airplay, and the [moos] track Golven was selected for the Push the Buttons compilation CD (Dutch Rock&Pop Institute NPI). After this exposure, the lowlands electronic scene took notice, and [moos] was invited to play at the Popronde, Festival a/d Werf, Tivoli De Helling, and Biton Open Air.
